Rachna is the Founder of Madchatter Brand Solutions, that started as a PR firm in 2017. Today, the organisation has forayed into verticals like branding, illustration, talent management, and ad-films.

She started the firm when she was 23 years old and is currently working on building the company into one of India's most efficient marketing outfits that brands can rely on.

Rachna has been quoted and mentioned in leading Indian publications on matters of marketing, brands and public relations. She is also a columnist with Man's World India, a regular contributor at Entrepreneur India and international startup portal e27.

She is also an alumna of Christ University, Bangalore. She loves to travel and believes in the individual responsibility towards environmental conservation.
